Quality Analyst Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a quality analyst in Georgia?
Most quality analyst roles in Georgia require a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field. Georgia does not require a state-issued license for most quality analyst positions, but earning a Certified Quality Analyst or Certified Quality Engineer credential through the American Society for Quality strengthens your application significantly. Employers in Georgia's aerospace, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors often treat ASQ certification as a preferred or required qualification.
Which companies hire quality analysts in Georgia?
Georgia quality analyst roles are posted by V2X, Osaic, and Coforge and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Georgia's concentration of aerospace, logistics, and healthcare employers means quality analyst openings are spread across a wide range of industries and company sizes throughout the state.
Which Georgia cities have the most quality analyst jobs?
Atlanta, Bogart, and Tifton have the most quality analyst openings in Georgia. Atlanta drives the largest share through its dense cluster of corporate headquarters, technology firms, and health systems, while Savannah's role as a major port city supports strong demand in logistics and manufacturing quality, and Macon and surrounding central Georgia communities host significant aerospace and defense facilities that hire quality professionals consistently.
Are there remote quality analyst jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and they are more common than in many technical roles, particularly for software quality assurance and compliance-focused positions. About 50% of quality analyst openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting genuine flexibility in the analytical and documentation-heavy parts of the role. On-site work remains standard for manufacturing, inspection, and supplier-facing quality functions.
How can I get hired as a quality analyst in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a quality technician or quality inspector role, which many of Georgia's large manufacturing and logistics employers use as a direct pipeline into analyst positions. Companies operating large distribution and production facilities in Atlanta and Savannah regularly hire without prior quality experience and train on the job. Pursuing an ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate credential before applying gives candidates a measurable edge, and adjacent roles in supply chain coordination, laboratory testing, or production control are common lateral moves that lead into quality analyst work.
Where can I find and apply to quality analyst jobs in Georgia?
