ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute test strategies for React-based user interfaces
- Focus on payment workflows, user behavior, and critical customer journeys
- Build and maintain automated UI test suites using Playwright, Cypress, and React Testing Library
- Validate API interactions, UI states, error handling, and edge cases
- Perform accessibility (a11y), cross-browser, and responsive testing
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Improve test reliability and reduce flaky test execution
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure product quality
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in QA, SDET, or Quality Engineering
- Strong frontend testing experience with React applications
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Playwright
- Cypress
- React Testing Library
- REST/GraphQL API validation
- Accessibility testing tools such as axe-core
- CI/CD automation
- Understanding of async UI behavior and state management
NICE TO HAVE
- Banking, payments, or transaction system experience
- Visual regression testing
