This role leads the execution of revenue marketing programs that translate product and market momentum into pipeline, pipeline progression, and ultimately revenue. As an operational leader, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, SDR leadership, and Product to ensure our campaigns are customer-centric, data-driven, and designed to win.
Who you’ll report to:

You will make an impact by being responsible for:
- Lead and execute the revenue marketing engine for your assigned segments/campaign motions, ensuring campaigns are built to hit pipeline targets across the funnel
- Own and manage the quarterly campaign plan, including evergreen campaign strategy and evolution, to support pipeline creation, maturation, and pacing to goal
- Forecast and report planned vs. actual pipeline creation and progression, providing clear visibility into performance and next-step recommendations
- Partner with SDR leadership and SDR teams to enable field execution on every campaign touchpoint—ensuring outreach is timely, coordinated, and effective
- Build and continually improve campaign measurement including attribution approaches, scoring, nurturing logic, and standardized reporting (with real-time performance visibility where possible)
- Collaborate on sales & marketing technology execution (CRM + marketing automation + analytics as applicable) to improve deal velocity and operational effectiveness
- Ensure tight alignment between Sales and Marketing by developing joint strategies that accelerate sales cycles and support retention/expansion goals
- Use data and analytics to optimize ROI—test, learn, iterate, and scale what works based on pipeline and performance insights
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity to inform messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy
- Coordinate with Product to ensure positioning and messaging accurately reflect product capabilities and customer needs
You will be a great fit if you have:
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in a revenue marketing or growth marketing leadership capacity (SaaS, AI, or automation experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing revenue marketing strategies that drive new pipeline and influence pipeline progression
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and revenue/marketing analytics
- Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Product
- A hands-on, execution-focused mindset—high ownership, high standards, and a strong bias to action
- Experience working in or supporting enterprise install base motions (retention, expansion, and/or cross-sell motions) is a plus
You excel in these key competencies:
- Data-driven and analytical: can interpret campaign and pipeline data and translate it into practical actions
- Excellent communication: strong verbal/written skills with the ability to present performance, insights, and recommendations clearly
- Comfort in fast-paced environments: prioritizes effectively across multiple initiatives while maintaining execution quality
- Collaborative, “can-do” mindset with strong partnering skills across GTM teams
- Agile and iterative: comfortable shifting between strategy and hands-on execution based on results
- Organized and programmatic: able to plan, execute, and manage campaign workflows with discipline
- Executive-ready storytelling: turns results into clear, digestible summaries and actionable next steps

Tips for Your Remote Demand Generation Specialist Job Search
Apply early to remote roles that fit
Migrate Mate lists remote demand generation specialist openings from across the U.S. in one place, so you can find roles that match your background and apply directly without sorting through listings that aren't actually remote.
Show async communication in your application
Remote demand generation teams run on written updates, Slack threads, and documented campaign briefs. A cover letter or work sample that is clear, structured, and concise signals to hiring managers that you can operate without in-person check-ins.
Document campaign ownership in your portfolio
Remote employers want to see what you ran, not just what you contributed to. Build a portfolio with two or three campaign case studies that name your specific role, the channels you managed, and the pipeline or lead outcome you drove.
Demonstrate fluency with remote marketing stacks
Hiring managers for distributed teams screen for hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or Google Ads without assuming onboarding support. Name the platforms you have used in your resume and be ready to walk through your workflow in the interview.
Remote Demand Generation Specialist Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a remote demand generation specialist job?
Target remote-first B2B and SaaS companies, where distributed marketing teams are the norm rather than the exception. Remote employers screen hard for self-direction, strong written communication, and hands-on fluency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo. Candidates who can show campaign ownership, pipeline contribution, and clear async communication habits stand out most in remote hiring processes.
Which companies hire remote demand generation specialists?
Employers currently hiring remote demand generation specialists include Courser, Cresta, and KnowBe4, per current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Remote-first SaaS firms, B2B technology companies, and digital marketing agencies account for the largest share of distributed demand generation roles.
Can you get a remote demand generation specialist job with no experience?
Yes, but remote entry-level roles are harder to land because employers expect you to work independently from day one without in-person mentorship. Early-career candidates do best targeting smaller remote-first startups that hire generalists, building a portfolio of real campaign projects or freelance work, and demonstrating async communication skills that show you can collaborate without a shared office.
Do you need a degree for remote demand generation specialist jobs?
Not always. Many remote employers care more about demonstrated results than credentials, particularly in SaaS and B2B tech where hands-on platform experience with tools like HubSpot, Pardot, or Google Ads carries significant weight. A portfolio showing measurable pipeline or lead generation outcomes, alongside certifications from recognized marketing platforms, can open doors that a degree alone does not.
Which industries hire the most remote demand generation specialists?
The sectors hiring the most remote demand generation specialists are Technology & Software, Education, and Automotive, based on current remote listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These industries rely on distributed marketing teams to generate pipeline across geographies without maintaining large local offices.
