Who You’ll Work With:
We are seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst at the Associate Officer level to join the Consolidated Reporting team within Wealth Management Operations. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative team environment, focused on delivering accurate, high-quality consolidated reporting and responsive operational support to Financial Advisors, their Associates, and, when appropriate, Ultra High Net Worth clients.
The team partners with Addepar to provide a consolidated view of client assets across managers and custodians. The analyst will contribute across the full Addepar servicing lifecycle, from onboarding and quality control through report production, ongoing maintenance, and stakeholder support. Success requires the judgment to interpret complex case instructions, independently research issues, collaborate with the appropriate internal and external partners, determine the right resolution path, and clearly communicate findings and next steps.
This role provides broad exposure to consolidated reporting, investment data, performance reporting, complex client relationships, custodian connectivity, and wealth technology. The analyst will deepen technical and servicing expertise while building the judgment and communication skills needed to take on increasingly complex assignments and broader responsibility within Wealth Management Operations.
What You'll Do
As a member of the Consolidated Reporting team, you will work with colleagues across Operations, global reporting teams, custodians, vendors, and technology partners throughout the Addepar servicing lifecycle.
1. Client Onboarding and Implementation
- Partner with Financial Advisors and Associates to onboard new client relationships to Addepar and support a smooth transition into ongoing servicing.
- Interpret onboarding requirements, identify missing or conflicting information, and research custodian-specific considerations.
- Support account setup, Letters of Authorization, account connectivity, and guidance on Addepar capabilities and limitations.
- Research and resolve onboarding issues by coordinating with teammates and the appropriate internal or external partners.
2. Reporting Quality Control and Data Validation
- Perform quality control for new client setups and ongoing report production.
- Research and resolve data discrepancies, holdings or performance variances, account mapping issues, and reporting exceptions.
- Use available resources across the team, custodians, vendors, and technology partners to determine root cause and resolution.
- Help maintain the accuracy and integrity of client reporting data.
3. Consolidated Reporting and Custom Deliverables
- Produce and quality control daily, monthly, quarterly, recurring, and customized consolidated reports covering internally and externally held assets.
- Support complex client relationships and maintain an understanding of client-specific reporting and servicing requirements.
- Contribute to reporting enhancements, process improvements, new product support, and user acceptance testing.
4. Platform Maintenance and Case Management
- Manage account and entity updates, configuration changes, reporting modifications, and other ongoing maintenance requests.
- Review and interpret incoming case instructions, clarify incomplete or ambiguous requests, and identify the underlying business need.
- Take ownership of assigned requests, independently research issues, collaborate with teammates and partners, and drive work through resolution.
- Maintain clear case notes, client-specific servicing instructions, and procedures to support transparent, team-based coverage and continuity.
5. Advisor, Associate, and Client Support
- Serve as a knowledgeable team resource for Financial Advisors, Associates, and, when appropriate, Ultra High Net Worth clients.
- Investigate and resolve reporting, data, platform, account feed, and operational inquiries.
- Translate technical or operational findings into clear, practical guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Communicate timely status updates, recommendations, resolutions, and next steps while managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in client reporting, performance reporting, investment operations, wealth management operations, or a related financial services function strongly preferred.
- Prior Addepar experience strongly preferred. Experience with another portfolio accounting, consolidated reporting, or wealth technology platform will also be considered.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to interpret detailed instructions, navigate ambiguity, investigate beyond the obvious answer, identify root causes, independently research complex issues, and determine appropriate resolution paths.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical findings and recommendations clearly to Financial Advisors, Associates, clients, Operations partners, vendors, and teammates.
- Sound judgment, discretion, responsiveness, and comfort supporting high-touch, complex relationships, including potential direct interaction with Ultra High Net Worth clients.
- Ability to contribute effectively within a centralized, team-based servicing model, share knowledge, maintain transparent documentation, support consistent service across the group, and engage the appropriate partners or escalation resources.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, accountable, and comfortable taking responsibility for complex servicing inquiries from initial intake through final resolution while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and navigate multiple reporting, case-management, and data platforms.

Reporting Analyst Jobs in Tennessee: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a reporting analyst in Tennessee?
Most reporting analyst roles in Tennessee require a bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, statistics, or a related field, and no state-issued license applies to the role. Tennessee employers, especially in Nashville's healthcare corridor and Memphis's logistics sector, consistently favor candidates who demonstrate SQL proficiency and experience with at least one major BI platform. Building a portfolio of dashboards or reports from coursework, internships, or volunteer projects strengthens applications significantly.
Which companies hire reporting analysts in Tennessee?
Employers hiring reporting analysts in Tennessee right now include DaVita, AutoZone, and CVS Health, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Tennessee's large healthcare systems, financial institutions, and state government agencies generate particularly consistent demand for reporting analysts year-round.
Which Tennessee cities have the most reporting analyst jobs?
Memphis, Brentwood, and Tennessee have the most reporting analyst openings in Tennessee, with Nashville leading due to its concentration of major healthcare systems, insurance companies, and corporate headquarters that rely heavily on data reporting functions. Memphis contributes strong volume through its logistics and financial services employers, while Knoxville benefits from University of Tennessee health and research operations driving analytical hiring.
Are there remote reporting analyst jobs in Tennessee?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 50% of reporting analyst openings tied to Tennessee are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how well the role translates to distributed work environments. Positions focused on dashboard development, automated report delivery, and data pipeline maintenance tend to offer the most remote flexibility, particularly at technology-forward healthcare and financial services employers.
How can I get hired as a reporting analyst in Tennessee with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is targeting junior or associate reporting analyst roles at Tennessee's large healthcare systems, such as those based in Nashville or Knoxville, which regularly onboard candidates from adjacent roles like data entry coordinator, medical records analyst, or administrative analyst. Building and sharing a small portfolio of SQL queries or Tableau dashboards, even from coursework, signals practical ability. Community college certificate programs in data analytics offered through Tennessee Board of Regents institutions also carry real weight with local employers.
