Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including overseeing food preparation, service flow, and staff performance
• Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food presentation
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
• Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to optimize profitability
• Train, mentor, and develop staff on food handling, customer service excellence, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and operational procedures
• Handle cash management duties including cash handling accuracy and shift reconciliation
• Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members
• Lead shift management efforts to ensure smooth service during busy hours while maintaining a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
• Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within the food industry or hospitality sector
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling procedures
• Strong skills in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost management
• Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks including team training, staff supervision, and customer service interactions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with casual dining or fine dining establishments is preferred but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
