POSITION SUMMARY
Seeking an RN/Clinical Supervisor for 20 hours per week. Will grow to full-time eventually. Responsibilities will include opening new cases, oversight of RNs/LPNs/CNAs, clients and completing Plans of Care. Home health experience is required and leadership experience is preferred. Must have compliance experience. Most of the work, such as creating a 485, will be done from your own home. Some in-home assessment and recertification visits will be required. Must be comfortable using software and apps.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of Registered Nurse experience.
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in AZ.
- Minimum of two (2) years homecare experience.
- Two years supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of home health federal and state regulations.
- Must be a licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with Agency and state requirements.
- Current CPR certification.
