About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven outbound Account Executive to develop new B2B relationships and deliver cutting-edge payment solutions to business owners through consistent, high-cadence outreach.

You will prospect new leads, engage with potential clients, and help them streamline their payment processes through Fortis’ industry-leading platform and services.

What You’ll Do

• Prospecting & Lead Generation – Create new business relationships through outbound calls and follow-up communication using a provided database of prospective B2B clients.
• Client Engagement & Pipeline Management – Build relationships, conduct product presentations, and manage opportunities through the sales process.
• Needs Analysis & Sales Negotiation – Assess client needs, present solutions, handle objections, and work opportunities toward closing new accounts.
• Training & Development – Stay current on industry trends and participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

Who You Are

• Experienced in outbound cold calling, tele sales, and relationship-building.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and C-Suite Executives.
• Ability to stay consistent in a high-volume, performance driven enviroment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Background in merchant services, financial technology, or payment processing is a plus but not required.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $100,000.00 per year
