Join a stable, growing company where great customer service matters.
For more than 45 years, Plustar has helped manufacturers and aerospace companies solve critical production and packaging challenges using pressure-sensitive tapes, protective films, labels, and custom converted solutions. We partner with leading manufacturers including 3M, tesa, Nitto, Shurtape, and others.
We’re looking for an experienced Account Services Representative who enjoys taking ownership, building strong customer relationships, solving problems, and keeping things moving.
You’ll work directly with long-term manufacturing customers, outside sales representatives, purchasing, production, and shipping to manage customer needs from quote and order through delivery. This is not a call-center position, this is an 8am-5pm in office position.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Plustar's manufacturing and aerospace customers
- Enter, manage, and track customer orders accurately from start to finish
- Respond to customer questions, requests, pricing inquiries, and order updates
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and shipping to help ensure customer commitments are met
- Partner closely with our outside sales team to support and grow customer accounts
- Identify opportunities to provide additional products and solutions to existing customers
- Support sales activity in assigned accounts and open territories through phone and email
- Resolve issues quickly, professionally, and with a strong sense of ownership
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in our CRM and ERP systems
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
You’ll likely thrive at Plustar if you:
- Have 2–4+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or sales support
- Being accurate and having an incredibly high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task. Can manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details
- Communicate confidently and professionally by phone and email
- Enjoy solving problems instead of simply passing them along
- Follow through and take ownership of commitments
- Enjoy developing relationships with customers and coworkers
- Are comfortable identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships
- Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, aerospace, packaging, or a related B2B environment is a strong plus.
Why Join Plustar?
At Plustar, people have the opportunity to make a real impact. We’re large enough to offer stability, great customers, strong supplier partnerships, and career opportunities—but small enough that your contribution is noticed and you can make an impact.

Sales Account Manager Jobs in Dallas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales account manager job in Dallas?
Focus your search on Dallas's strongest hiring sectors: enterprise software, telecom, medical devices, and freight and logistics. Roles concentrate in Uptown, the Platinum Corridor, Las Colinas, and the Legacy Business Park cluster near Frisco. Candidates who can demonstrate a consultative selling approach and familiarity with CRM platforms move faster through local hiring processes. Networking through the Dallas Regional Chamber and local industry associations also gives candidates a meaningful edge in this market.
Which companies hire sales account managers in Dallas?
Companies currently hiring sales account managers in Dallas include Scorpion, Reyes Beverage, and Uline, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Dallas attracts a wide mix of Fortune 500 headquarters, regional offices of national enterprises, and fast-growing mid-market technology and healthcare companies, all of which maintain active sales account manager pipelines.
Are there remote sales account manager jobs in Dallas?
Yes, though availability depends on the role type: territory-based and field sales positions are almost always on-site, while inside sales and named-account roles are more commonly offered remotely. About 74% of sales account manager openings tied to Dallas are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. The most remote-friendly segment in Dallas is enterprise software and SaaS account management, where client relationships are maintained primarily through digital channels.
How can I get a sales account manager job in Dallas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Dallas is landing a sales development representative or business development representative role at one of the many SaaS or telecom companies headquartered or regionally based here, then moving into account management after demonstrating quota performance. Dallas staffing firms and regional healthcare distributors also hire entry-level account coordinators who work into full account manager roles. Familiarity with Salesforce and a verifiable record of hitting targets in any sales context, even retail or inside sales, sets candidates apart locally.
Which industries hire the most sales account managers in Dallas?
The sectors hiring the most sales account managers in Dallas are Technology & Software, Consulting & Professional Services, and Education, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Dallas's role as a major headquarters city for technology firms, a hub for medical device and pharmaceutical distribution, and a central node in national freight and supply chain networks drives consistent demand across all three of these sectors year-round.
