Sales Development Representative Jobs in Miami: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales development representative job in Miami?
Target Miami's densest hiring corridors: Brickell for fintech and financial services, Wynwood and the Design District for SaaS and marketing tech startups, and Coral Gables for healthcare and professional services firms. Fluency in Spanish is a genuine differentiator in Miami's bilingual market. Prioritize companies with Latin American sales operations, where local cultural fluency directly translates into pipeline value and gets SDR candidates noticed faster.
Which companies hire sales development representatives in Miami?
Employers hiring sales development representatives in Miami right now include Crexi, Paramount Residential Mortgage, and Aroma360, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Miami's hiring mix tends toward high-growth fintech platforms, healthcare technology companies, and regional headquarters of national brands with outbound sales teams focused on Latin American and domestic markets.
Are there remote sales development representative jobs in Miami?
Yes, though SDR roles skew toward in-office or hybrid because cold outreach, team coaching, and quota accountability are often managed on-site. About 11% of sales development representative openings tied to Miami are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, concentrated mostly at SaaS and cloud-based companies. Fully remote openings are more common at companies headquartered outside Miami that hire SDRs to cover Southeast U.S. or Latin American territories.
How can I get a sales development representative job in Miami with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Miami is targeting SDR associate or business development representative roles at early-stage startups in Wynwood or Brickell, where employers prioritize hustle and bilingual ability over formal experience. Retail sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles at Miami's major hotel groups and consumer brands transfer well. Spanish fluency opens additional doors with firms focused on Latin American client acquisition, making it a strong differentiator even for candidates without a sales background.
Which industries hire the most sales development representatives in Miami?
Most sales development representative openings in Miami sit in Technology & Software, Electronics & Hardware, and Construction & Real Estate, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Miami's status as a gateway city for Latin America drives outsized SDR demand in fintech, healthtech, and enterprise software, where companies need outbound reps fluent in both Spanish and English to reach regional decision-makers.
