Sales Operations Specialist Jobs in Arkansas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a sales operations specialist in Arkansas?
Most Arkansas employers expect a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and no state-issued license is required for this role. The most direct path is pairing that degree with hands-on CRM experience, often gained through internships or analyst roles at Northwest Arkansas retail and logistics companies or Little Rock-based financial services firms. A Salesforce Administrator certification strengthens most applications and is widely recognized by Arkansas hiring managers.
Which companies hire sales operations specialists in Arkansas?
Companies currently hiring sales operations specialists in Arkansas include Walmart, Arkansas Children's, and Walgreens, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Northwest Arkansas's dense retail and consumer goods vendor community, anchored by suppliers and technology partners serving the Walmart ecosystem, generates some of the state's most consistent openings in this role.
Which Arkansas cities have the most sales operations specialist jobs?
Bentonville, Little Rock, and Rogers have the highest concentration of sales operations specialist openings in Arkansas. Bentonville and Fayetteville lead because of the large retail and consumer goods supplier network tied to Northwest Arkansas, while Little Rock draws openings from financial services, healthcare administration, and state-level corporate headquarters that rely on structured sales operations functions.
Are there remote sales operations specialist jobs in Arkansas?
Yes, and more than most fields, because sales operations work is primarily analytical and systems-based rather than hands-on. About 24% of sales operations specialist openings tied to Arkansas are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, reflecting how broadly companies have accepted distributed teams in this function. CRM administration, reporting, and forecasting support roles are the most frequently listed as fully remote.
How can I get hired as a sales operations specialist in Arkansas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is a sales analyst, sales coordinator, or operations associate role at one of the large retail suppliers or logistics companies in the Bentonville and Fayetteville corridor. Walmart supplier companies and regional distributors based in Northwest Arkansas regularly bring on recent graduates into rotational or junior analyst programs. Building a working Salesforce or HubSpot portfolio, even through a free developer org, and earning a Salesforce Administrator certification gives candidates a measurable edge over others without direct experience.
Where can I find and apply to sales operations specialist jobs in Arkansas?
You can find and apply to sales operations specialist jobs in Arkansas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Arkansas openings across all major hiring markets in the state. Search the listings, find the roles that match your background and target location, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
