HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Company: Sunday
OTE: $132,000+ annually
Territory: Dallas–Fort Worth
About Sunday
Sunday is an outdoor systems company specializing in sprinkler repair and installation, drainage systems, erosion control, and privacy fencing.
We believe homeowners and commercial properties deserve better than reactive service and temporary fixes. Our approach is simple: diagnose the problem, design the right solution, and build systems that perform.
Better Systems. Better Yards. Better Sundays.
We're growing throughout DFW and looking for an experienced sales professional who can help us build the next stage of Sunday.
The Role
This is not a position where you sit around waiting for leads.
Sunday generates appointments for our sales team, and you'll be responsible for running those opportunities, performing site visits, developing solutions, presenting proposals, and closing business.
But the biggest opportunity in this position is creating business that didn't exist before.
You'll actively develop relationships and generate opportunities with:
- Homeowners
- Homebuilders and custom builders
- Property managers
- HOAs and community managers
- General contractors
- Landscape companies
- Commercial property owners
- Real estate professionals
- Developers and other strategic partners
We want someone who can build a territory—not simply work a lead list.
What You'll Do
You'll manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement. That includes running company-generated appointments, prospecting for new accounts, conducting property and system assessments, identifying customer needs, preparing estimates and proposals, following up consistently, negotiating and closing projects, and maintaining long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
A significant portion of your week will be spent in the field meeting prospects, visiting properties, developing referral relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
You'll also work closely with our operations team to ensure what we sell can be delivered correctly and that customers receive a professional experience from the first conversation through project completion.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
4+ years of business development or outside sales experience
2+ years of experience in lawn sprinkler systems, irrigation, landscaping, drainage, or a closely related outdoor-service industry
You should be comfortable talking irrigation with a homeowner in the morning, walking a property with a property manager in the afternoon, and developing a relationship with a builder that could produce dozens of projects over the next several years.
We're especially interested in candidates who have experience selling higher-ticket residential or commercial services and understand how to build a book of business through cold outreach and relationship development.
What Makes Someone Successful Here
You're proactive. You don't need someone handing you every opportunity.
You know how to prospect, follow up, ask good questions, and close.
You understand that the best salespeople aren't just closers—they become trusted resources for their customers and referral partners.
You're organized enough to manage a pipeline but comfortable spending most of your time in the field.
Most importantly, you have the drive to build something.
Compensation
This is a performance-driven role with significant earning potential.
$132,000+ OTE
Sunday provides guaranteed pay designed to cover fuel and other work-related field expenses, plus an uncapped commission structure tied to the business you close.
There is no artificial ceiling on earnings. Representatives who develop strong builder, property management, commercial, and referral relationships have the opportunity to build substantial recurring pipelines.
Why Sunday
You're joining Sunday at a stage where a strong salesperson can have a meaningful impact on the company's growth—and directly benefit from it.
You'll have company-generated opportunities to work while also having the freedom to build your own pipeline, relationships, and territory.
We're looking for someone who wants more than another sales job. We want someone who wants to become a major part of Sunday's growth throughout DFW.
Better Systems. Better Yards. Better Sundays.
Pay: $98,081.95 - $202,098.70 per year
Benefits:
- Paid time off
- Work from home
Work Location: In person

Sales Representative Jobs in Fort Worth: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a sales representative job in Fort Worth?
Fort Worth's strongest hiring comes from healthcare and medical device companies clustered near the Medical District, industrial and logistics firms along the Alliance corridor, and technology services companies downtown. Candidates who understand B2B sales cycles and can point to territory management or quota attainment in a previous role stand out most. Targeting mid-size distributors and regional carriers based in Fort Worth gives you a realistic edge over applicants chasing large national firms.
Which companies hire sales representatives in Fort Worth?
Employers hiring sales representatives in Fort Worth right now include Autobahn Fort Worth, Orkin, and 50 Floor, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Fort Worth's mix of logistics headquarters, healthcare suppliers, and regional financial services firms means hiring tends to be consistent year-round rather than tied to a single seasonal cycle.
Are there remote sales representative jobs in Fort Worth?
Yes, though remote availability depends heavily on the type of sales work. Inside sales and account management roles are the most remote-friendly, while field and territory positions typically require local presence. About 50% of sales representative openings tied to Fort Worth are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. Technology and financial services companies in the downtown and Alliance areas account for most of those flexible arrangements.
How can I get a sales representative job in Fort Worth with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Fort Worth is inside sales or sales development roles with the healthcare suppliers and logistics companies that hire regularly along the Alliance corridor and Medical District. These employers often promote from within, so starting in a customer service or sales support role with a Fort Worth-based distributor can open the door quickly. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools and a willingness to work a defined territory give entry-level candidates a concrete advantage locally.
