This is a sales-focused position working directly with guests in our salon. You will interact with clients throughout their visit, educate them about current salon and medspa services and promotions, recommend products and services, and perform client checkouts.
The ideal candidate has a proven ability to drive sales in any industry, is outgoing, confident and genuinely enjoys talking to people. Salon or medspa experience is helpful but not required. We can teach you our services — we're looking for someone with the personality and sales ability to connect with clients and generate additional business.
Responsibilities include:
- Create salon guests for life by delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Engage and build relationships with clients throughout their visit
- Inform clients about current salon and medspa promotions
- Recommend and sell appropriate services, packages and retail products
- Approach and engage potential customers
- Perform client checkouts and process payments
- Help increase retail, salon and medspa sales
- Maintain a professional, welcoming front-of-house environment
Excellent people skills are an absolute must. This is a sales position, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable starting conversations, making recommendations and asking for the sale.
