Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete Diagnostic Assessments: Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to understand clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Obtain Consent: Obtain consent for treatment and release of information forms in accordance with ethical and legal standards
- Provide Individual Counseling: Conduct individual counseling sessions to address clients' mental health concerns and promote well-being
- Family Sessions: Conduct family sessions as needed to address family dynamics and support holistic healing
- Support in Crisis Situations: Offer timely support and interventions in crisis situations to ensure clients' safety and well-being

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health counselor (LPC or LPCC), clinical social worker (LSW or LISW), or psychologist (PsyD) in the state of Ohio
- Experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, and families in a mental health setting
