FanDuel is seeking a Senior Associate, Customer Marketing to help execute lifecycle marketing strategies for FanDuel Predicts, driving engagement and long-term customer value across every stage of the customer journey from onboarding and activation through retention and re-engagement. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you'll bring lifecycle campaigns to market, analyze performance, and identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience. - Contribute to the development and execution of core lifecycle marketing strategies across retention, monetization, and re-engagement stages using advanced segmentation, leveraging communication and promotional capabilities.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve key metrics, develop business cases, and partner with Marketing leadership to shape roadmap priorities.
- Execute end-to-end campaigns at scale. Ensure flawless execution and own ongoing performance monitoring and reporting.
- Partner with Commercial, Analytics, Product, and CRM Operations to identify lifecycle initiatives and recommend improvements based on customer insights.
- Build and maintain customer audiences and segments using behavioral and transactional data to deliver more relevant customer experiences.
- Identify experimentation opportunities to improve core metrics. Develop hypotheses, design A/B tests and multivariate experiments, partner with Analytics to understand impact, and scale learnings.
- Translate data into compelling stories that drive action. Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities and improve lifecycle journeys.
- Drive personalization and automation by leveraging real-time signals to deliver the right message, at the right time, through the right channel.
- Collaborate with marketing technology and data teams to enhance automation capabilities, audience targeting, and measurement frameworks.
- Partner on market insights, data science, and product roadmaps to improve lifecycle outcomes and deepen understanding of customer behavior.
- Leverage strong expertise in lifecycle marketing best practices, influencing broader marketing, product, and promotional strategies across the business.
- Continuously evaluate campaign performance and customer behavior to iterate on strategies that increase retention, engagement frequency, and overall customer lifetime value.

The applicable salary range for this position is $86,000 - $108,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
