We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Product Management to lead a strategic area of Tableau's product portfolio. This leader will have end-to-end ownership of product strategy, execution, customer outcomes, and team development, with the autonomy and accountability to drive meaningful business impact.

- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for a significant area of Tableau's product portfolio, making difficult tradeoffs and ensuring products work together as a cohesive end-to-end experience
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management organization, recruiting exceptional talent and holding teams accountable for outcomes, not simply feature delivery
- Partner closely with Engineering and UX leadership to establish a shared product vision, priorities, and execution plan, driving alignment and resolving complex dependencies Take GM-like accountability for customer outcomes, adoption, engagement, and business performance, representing the portfolio in executive strategy discussions and product reviews
