We're looking for an energetic IT professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and helping people succeed.
This position offers the opportunity to work with enterprise technologies while gaining hands-on experience in networking, servers, virtualization, cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows PCs.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365.
- Support Active Directory users and computers.
- Install and maintain Windows workstations and servers.
- Assist with network administration including switches, Wi-Fi, DHCP, and DNS.
- Support UniFi networking equipment.
- Help maintain VMware virtual infrastructure.
- Monitor backups and disaster recovery systems.
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection.
- Document IT procedures and network changes.
- Work directly with employees to resolve technical issues.
- Assist with hardware deployments and upgrades.
- Participate in special IT projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of IT experience.
- Basic understanding of:
- Windows 11
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- TCP/IP networking

- DHCP
- Microsoft 365
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
