Responsibilities:
- In charge of short-term and long-term strategic planning to improve TikTok E-Commerce logistics experience and cost, which is the most critical pillar for E-Commerce business, including selection of the most suitable logistics and supply chain model, identification of critical logistics assets, etc.
- In charge of in-depth industry research; identifying opportunities along the value chain, and providing insights and recommendation for mid-/long-term strategy
- In charge of target setting and business diagnostics of E-commerce logistics and supply chain practice; identifying most critical issues for business and providing solutions with cross-team collaboration
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience or above of strategic and analytical experience at leading management consulting firm, investment, research, and/or tech/e-commerce companies, and/or data analytics, data scientists positions
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus
- Strong data & analytics capabilities is a plus
- Competitor Analysis: specific experience in equity research, public market investing (e.g., hedge fund, mutual fund), and/or corporate finance/sharehold value consulting.
- Take proactive initiative to identify operational challenges, analyze problems, and autonomously develop and implement innovative solutions, demonstrating a motivated self-starter attitude focused on continuous improvement.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $273600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
