- Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs, qualifications and making competitive offers.
- Deliver a legendary candidate experience throughout the interview process that reflects Uline’s culture and values.
- Gather and present market and talent insights to shape hiring strategies and guide decision making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
- 2+ years in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
- Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates and partners at all levels.
