Purpose of Position
The Manager, Business Development will support Inside Sales initiatives and lead a team of direct reports consisting of 10-12 Sales Consultants. This individual will work closely with the VP, Sales to support the achievement of NetJets' overall sales and financial goals.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Define applicable metrics and analytics for continuous improvement.

Accountable for execution and achievement of sales goals set forth by Sales Management, including quotas and processes involving sales improvement and generating revenue (approximately 25% of new revenue generated by NJ Sales).

Understand current CRM (SalesForce) and support adoption for optimum team output and effectiveness.

Formulate, execute, and measure targeted sales campaigns.

Develop an A-player talent pipeline through recruiting efforts; interview, hire, and train new team members.

Coach Sales Consultants on sales strategy and tactics, pipeline, process, systems, business skills, and results.

Formulate and guide Sales Consultants through their Career Achievement Path and ensure attainment of sales targets and developmental milestones.

Demonstrate an understanding of current market trends and provide team with actionable insights.

Ensure Sales Consultants are engaging prospective NetJets Owners through thoughtful and intelligent communication methods beyond marketing materials.

Foster an energetic, competitive sales culture that actively lives out NetJets' Core Competencies and supports the 20/20 Flight Plan.

Must be able to understand and clearly communicate varying financial and operational aspects of fractional ownership and position NetJets as the program of choice to company personnel and potential prospects.

Knowledge of target market and research tools for prospecting.

Must be proficient with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
