Posting Summary
The Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP), Department of Clinical Psychology is currently seeking licensed psychologists (NJ) with expertise in either Psychodynamic or CBT treatment approaches to provide training/supervision for our doctoral students participating in either of two first-year courses (Learning Theory \& CB Foundations 18:820:507; Analytic Foundations 18:820:509). The courses provide the foundation for both theoretical orientations and each student sees a case associated with each class. Supervision groups will meet once a week, in-person at GSAPP or remotely (depending on instructor preference), for 90 minutes. The psychologist will provide group clinical supervision for 2-4 students with one case each through the GSAPP clinic. Supervision commences around October 1st, and continues until the close of the spring term (around May 15), for a total of approximately 30 supervisory sessions. Communication and coordination between course instructors and the group supervisors is expected.
