JOB TITLE: Dispensary Entry Agent Team Lead
AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:
- Reports directly to Dispensary Manager, with additional oversight by the Assistant Dispensary Manager
- Oversees Dispensary Entry Agents
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and enforce Solar Therapeutics safety and entry procedures
- Enthusiastically greet all customers, staff and visitors that enter the building
- Check identification of all customers and visitors before permitting them inside the building
- Monitor the security cameras and alert management of potential diversion or safety breaches
- Answer front desk phone and direct calls accordingly
- Write various reports (post event and informational)
- Assist with clearing snow and or applying salt to building exterior walkways, including any entrance or exit
- Create work schedules for Dispensary Entry Agents
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with handling confidential information
- Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must pass all required background checks
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies
- Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)
- This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time
