Oklahoma City Indian Clinic is hiring a Licensed Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team.
Applicants claiming Indian Preference must complete the full application and must provide documentation verifying eligibility (such as a tribal enrollment card or Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB)).
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conducts biopsychosocial assessments with diagnosis.
- Provides appropriate and competent individual, family, and group therapy for patients.
- Consults with direct supervisor and other providers regarding assessment, treatment, and case management services.
- Completes appropriate referrals and applications for patients in need of mental health and substance abuse services.
- Charts clinical data for diagnosis, treatment, referral, and accountability in a timely manner.
- May serve a role for specific grants that include grant duties.
- Conducts surveys and assessments necessary for proposed and/or maintaining grant funding.
- Participates in peer review for accountability and quality improvement.
- Provides educational presentations on behavioral health topics, as scheduled permits.
- Meets the average patient access number of 5 patients per day.
