The Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales will lead a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives across North American territories. You’ll take a hands-on approach to sales leadership—driving predictable new sales growth, harnessing AI-driven innovation to optimize execution, and cultivating a high-performing, customer-obsessed enterprise sales team. This role blends operational excellence, strategic execution, and intelligent automation to scale LogicMonitor’s growth within enterprise markets. The ideal candidate will be both a player-coach and a data-savvy strategist—able to engage deeply with customers while elevating team performance through intelligent, data-driven leadership and innovation.

- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives, setting a clear vision and driving regional execution aligned to company objectives.
- Revenue Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets and growth goals through disciplined, data-driven execution.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute regional GTM strategies that leverage data, automation, and AI to prioritize high-value opportunities and accelerate growth.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate and transparent forecasts by combining human insight with data intelligence.
- Coaching & Talent Development: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship rooted in data-informed performance feedback and professional growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to align customer priorities with business objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Act as an executive sponsor on key accounts, driving strategic alignment and value realization.
What You'll Need:
- 10+ years of experience selling cloud-based enterprise applications.
- 3+ years leading high-performing enterprise sales teams across multiple territories.
- Proven track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience operating within a channel partner–driven go-to-market model, effectively leveraging partners to accelerate growth.
- Skilled in engaging technical audiences and influencing C-level leaders (CIO, CTO); familiarity with Observability or related domains is a plus.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI and intelligent tools to optimize sales processes and improve team productivity.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate through intelligent, data-driven leadership.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with exceptional critical thinking, influencing, and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.

The Base Salary range for this role is: $139,006.88 USD - $228,989.25 USD
