About Aptly Able
Aptly Able helps businesses recover revenue that would otherwise be lost through missed calls, delayed follow-up, inconsistent sales processes, and overlooked customer opportunities.
Our solutions combine artificial intelligence, automation, and human expertise to improve lead conversion, customer engagement, and revenue performance.
We have already built the foundation required for sales success. We have an active pipeline, three sales representatives, HubSpot, structured deal stages, reporting, marketing support, qualified opportunities, sales tools, and an operations team prepared to onboard and support new customers.
What we need now is a proven sales leader who can turn that foundation into closed revenue.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Vice President of Sales & Growth to lead our existing sales team, personally help close important opportunities, and create a culture of urgency, accountability, disciplined follow-up, and consistent execution.
This is not a role focused on spending months redesigning our CRM, rebuilding our pipeline, or creating an entirely new sales infrastructure. Much of that work has already been done.
The primary challenge is execution.
We need a leader who recognizes the value of a well-built pipeline, understands how to use HubSpot as an operating system for sales, and knows how to move opportunities from interest to signed agreements.
The right candidate will work directly with our sales representatives on active deals, improve discovery and demonstrations, strengthen follow-up, overcome objections, advance stalled opportunities, and help the team ask for and win the business.
This person must be both a sales leader and a closer.
Responsibilities
· Take ownership of converting the existing sales pipeline into closed revenue.
· Personally participate in and lead high-value discovery calls, demonstrations, proposal reviews, negotiations, and closing conversations.
· Coach three existing sales representatives on active opportunities and help them advance deals through each stage of the sales process.
· Establish a consistent operating rhythm for pipeline reviews, deal strategy, follow-up, forecasting, and accountability.
· Ensure the sales team fully adopts and consistently uses HubSpot.
· Require accurate deal stages, next steps, contact records, notes, tasks, close dates, and follow-up activity.
· Use HubSpot reporting and pipeline data to identify stalled deals, weak conversion points, missed follow-up, and coaching opportunities.
· Improve the team’s ability to create urgency, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and ask for the sale.
· Work closely with leadership on strategy for major opportunities and priority accounts.
· Partner with marketing to ensure leads, campaigns, messaging, and sales materials are used effectively by the sales team.
· Coordinate with the existing operations and onboarding team to create a smooth handoff after a deal closes.
· Protect the customer experience by ensuring commitments made during the sales process can be successfully delivered.
· Provide accurate forecasts based on deal evidence, buyer engagement, next steps, and actual pipeline activity.
· Hold team members accountable for activity, responsiveness, pipeline discipline, and results.
· Recruit additional sales talent as growth requires.
Required Experience
· Proven success personally closing SaaS products or technology-enabled services.
· Experience managing, coaching, and improving the performance of a sales team.
· Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
· Demonstrated ability to use CRM data, reporting, tasks, pipelines, and sales activity to drive execution.
· Experience helping sales representatives advance and close active opportunities.
· Strong understanding of SaaS discovery, demonstrations, qualification, follow-up, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
· A track record of shortening sales cycles and improving close rates.
· Experience holding salespeople accountable to defined processes and performance expectations.
· Ability to work effectively with established marketing, operations, onboarding, and leadership teams.
· Strong written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage growth company.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful but not required:
· Automotive technology or automotive retail.
· Marketing technology.
· Sales enablement software.
· Customer engagement or revenue recovery solutions.
· Artificial intelligence or automation platforms.
· Contact center, call intelligence, CRM, or lead-management technology.
· Selling to small and midsize businesses.
· Leading an early-stage SaaS sales team through a period of rapid growth.
Who Will Succeed in This Role
The right candidate will immediately understand that the opportunity is not to replace everything that already exists. It is to use it.
You know that a pipeline only has value when the team works it consistently. You understand that HubSpot is not an administrative burden; it is how a sales organization maintains momentum, accountability, visibility, and control.
You are willing to get directly involved in deals. You can identify why an opportunity is stalled, determine the right next move, prepare the salesperson for the conversation, and step into the call when necessary.
You know how to tell whether a buyer is genuinely qualified, whether a deal is truly advancing, and whether the right decision-makers are at the table — and you use that judgment to forecast with confidence.
You will likely succeed in this role if you:
· Are an exceptional closer.
· Have a strong sense of urgency.
· Believe follow-up is a competitive advantage.
· Know how to create clear and credible next steps.
· Are direct and honest with both prospects and sales representatives, even when the conversation is hard.
· Use CRM discipline to improve performance rather than simply document it.
· Can coach a team through real opportunities, not just provide general sales advice.
· Understand how marketing, sales, onboarding, and operations must work together.
· Are highly accountable and expect the same from others.
· Measure success in signed agreements and collected revenue.
What This Role Is Not
This is an active, hands-on leadership role.
It calls for someone who wants to be in the deals — not just reviewing them from a distance or waiting for long-term relationships to mature on their own.
It is not a mandate to discard the existing pipeline, processes, systems, marketing support, or operations infrastructure and start over.
We need someone who can quickly understand what has already been built, improve what needs improvement, get the team fully engaged with it, and close deals.
Compensation
This position offers:
· Up to $120,000 annual base salary.
· Commission based on individual and team sales performance.
· The opportunity to lead an established sales team with an active pipeline and significant growth potential.
· Additional compensation details and performance expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
How to Apply
Please submit your résumé along with a brief explanation of:
1. The SaaS products or technology-enabled services you have personally sold.
2. The sales teams you have managed and the results they achieved.
3. Your experience using HubSpot to improve accountability, forecasting, and close rates.
4. A specific example of a stalled or underperforming pipeline you helped convert into revenue.
5. Your approach to coaching sales representatives through active deals.
6. Your quota attainment, revenue results, close-rate improvements, or other measurable outcomes.

Vice President Jobs in Idaho: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a vice president in Idaho?
Most vice president roles in Idaho require a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a field relevant to the industry, with many employers preferring an MBA or equivalent graduate credential. There is no state-issued license specific to the vice president title in Idaho. Candidates typically advance through director or senior manager roles within Idaho's dominant industries, including financial services, healthcare, and technology, building a record of P&L ownership and team leadership before stepping into a VP-level position.
Which companies hire vice presidents in Idaho?
Idaho vice president roles are posted by Wealthbridge Financial, Xanitos, and Aptly Able and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Idaho's anchor employers in banking, grocery retail, semiconductor manufacturing, and regional healthcare systems are among the most consistent sources of vice president openings in the state.
Which Idaho cities have the most vice president jobs?
Boise, Nampa, and Iona have the most vice president openings in Idaho. Boise dominates because it is the state's primary corporate and financial hub, home to major headquarters and regional offices, while Idaho Falls and Nampa generate openings through large healthcare campuses, energy operations, and manufacturing facilities that require dedicated executive leadership.
Are there remote vice president jobs in Idaho?
Yes, but they're less common than in purely analytical fields, since most vice president roles involve direct team oversight and stakeholder presence. About 89% of vice president openings tied to Idaho are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting a preference for executives who can be on-site for key decisions. Strategy, finance, and technology-focused VP positions are the most likely to offer flexible or remote arrangements.
How can I get hired as a vice president in Idaho with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is building toward a VP role through a senior manager or director position at one of Idaho's large employers, such as a regional bank, a hospital system like St. Luke's or Saint Alphonsus, or a technology company headquartered in the Boise metro. Moving laterally from a director of operations, finance manager, or department head role is the most common bridge. Completing an MBA through Boise State University's College of Business and Economics or a comparable program strengthens candidacy, as does experience leading a measurable business unit or budget in Idaho's core industries.
