INTRODUCTION
HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for a District VP of Industrial Services to join their team. The VP will lead all aspects of the industrial services lines of business within the assigned district, with full accountability for safety, quality, financial performance, and operational execution. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, including budgets, growth initiatives, and performance targets, in collaboration with the broader business leadership team. The VP will provide strong leadership and direction to employees, foster a culture of operational excellence, and drive the implementation of the company’s industrial services strategy. Additionally, this position will oversee customer relationships, marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment across all functional areas to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.
Location: Deer Park, TX. Relocation assistance will be provided if needed.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Establish strategies, budgets, goals, targets with input from members of the business management team for Board approval and strive to meet or exceed the same.
- Provide leadership and direction to the management team and employees.
- Represent the Company appropriately as circumstances dictate and advocate and be an ambassador to company decisions and directives.
- Take the lead role in developing and implementing the company's industrial services strategy.
- Provide leadership, direction and support for industrial service opportunities in other organizations within the company.
- Lead the business management team in establishing and monitoring the Company's business plan including the setting of goals, objectives, and action plans required to meet the Board approved strategies and budget.
- Prepare performance planning and review forms as necessary and work in accordance with this plan to develop and mentor managers and employees.
- Adhere to Company policies and work requirements.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a good relationship with all customers and ensuring a good line of communication with the customer regarding potential jobs, current job status, and job progress.
- Direct the utilization of personnel and equipment to service customer requirements and comply with internal metrics.
- Ensure that all tools, equipment, and machinery are maintained in accordance with the Company's preventative maintenance program and the physical facility properly.
- Ensure the accounting practices are adhered to by the region.
- Comply with all human resources (personnel, safety, health and environmental) policies, procedures, laws and regulations, including SOP's, AP's, Personnel Manual, OSHA, EPA, and DOT; execute projects assigned in a safe, efficient, and profitable manner.
- Direct the marketing efforts of the region including customer relations, price quoting, resolving problems, signing of contracts, invoicing, and customer job evaluations.
- Analyze the relevant market as a basis for forecasting utilization and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with all of company’s metric requirements including but not limited to: transportation compliance, asset management and cost saving initiatives.
- Ability and flexibility to take immediate travel action to support our team or customers throughout the District.
- Responsible for the overall growth within the district across all of our lines of business. Build, maintain and execute strategies with our sales, operational excellence, national product lines, corporate accounts and CHESI teams.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related is required.
- 10+ years’ of relevant management experience.
- Excellent ability to use PC applications and platforms, proficient in Excel, PowerBI and Oracle.
- Exceptional organization, communication (electronic and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and energized to engage and grow an organization.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
- Ability to look forward, problem solve with foresight, apply cause and effect thinking to business challenges, anticipate change, use resources to understand trends and consequences of trends.
