- Partner with Sales and Banking teams to identify opportunities, support client strategy discussions, and drive business growth.
- Design account and liquidity structures that support operational efficiency, visibility, control, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop client proposals, presentations, and business cases that articulate solution benefits, implementation considerations, and value drivers.
- Advise clients on complex treasury and liquidity use cases, including reserve, client, proprietary, restricted, and third-party funds.
- Support go-to-market strategies for emerging business models, including embedded finance, sponsored structures, platform ecosystems, and third-party money solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to evaluate and implement new solutions and capabilities.
- Provide thought leadership on treasury transformation, payments innovation, liquidity optimization, and evolving industry trends.
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and solution enhancements.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Financial Institutions relationships, driving retention, wallet share expansion, and solution adoption.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skill
- 5+ years of experience in Payments, Treasury Services, Transaction Banking, Financial Institutions coverage, Liquidity Management, Markets, or a related financial services discipline.
- Experience developing client strategies, commercial proposals, and complex multi-product solution frameworks.
- Strong understanding of financial institutions, including banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, private equity firms, fintechs, insurance companies, and related market participants.
- Knowledge of liquidity and account solutions, including cash concentration, liquidity structures, virtual accounts, investment sweeps, and specialty account offerings.
- Familiarity with third-party money structures, client money concepts, segregation requirements, and associated operational and risk considerations.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear client value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across highly matrixed organizations and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex client needs and develop strategic recommendations.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and opportunities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Deep knowledge of treasury management, liquidity optimization, and Financial Institutions operating models.
- Experience with real-time payments, RTP, FedNow, virtual accounts, liquidity solutions, and emerging payment technologies.
- Understanding of stablecoin-related use cases, tokenized deposits, digital assets, APIs, and next-generation treasury infrastructure.
- Experience working closely with Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to implement client solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise supporting complex cash management, settlement, collateral, and treasury workflows.
- Thought leadership credentials within Payments, Treasury Services, Financial Institutions, or Transaction Banking.
- Experience influencing product development, go-to-market strategies, and solution commercialization initiatives.
