As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will partner with the Food and Beverage Manager to lead frontline teams, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards across food, beverage, safety, and service execution. - Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members to maintain high performance and professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and monitoring point of sale systems
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
