WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A GRAIN COOP LOCATION OPERATOR
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position including standing for long periods, working in confined spaces and at elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- A valid driver's license and good driving record

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR GRAIN COOP LOCATION OPERATOR
Typical hours are 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. You'll usually work Monday - Friday with some Saturdays during peak season.
As a Grain Coop Location Operator, you'll play a vital role in our operation by managing essential tasks such as receiving, storing, handling, and loading grain with precision and care. You'll also ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of grain facilities and equipment, contributing to smooth operations. During busy seasons, you'll have the opportunity to cross-train and support our agronomy department, showcasing your adaptability and teamwork skills.
