RMA Operations Specialist
The Musco Product Reliability Team has an opening for a RMA Operations Specialist at our Oskaloosa office. In this position, you will support the production of remanufactured products by performing a variety of tasks across multiple manufacturing stations. Focusing on the standardized procedures to check in, inspect, complete quality checks, assemble, maintain inventory, packaging, and shipping of electronic products. Contributing to maintaining production flow, ensuring product quality and safety in a fast-paced environment, while supporting Product Reliability and Warranty goals. This role does not require technical experience.

Essential Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Shipping and receiving practices ideal.
- RMA processing experience is a plus.
- Previous manufacturing experience desired.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and written work instructions.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Capability to multi-task in a high pace environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently and/or as part of a team.
- Effective communication and collaboration with various teams to ensure RMAs are managed correctly.
- Basic MS Office proficiency and computer skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Unpack and check-in inbound RMA products into the RMA systems.
- Inspect and sort returned units for further processing.
- Assist in moving work-in-progress and production materials to various testing, rework, and repair stations.
- Perform order picking, filling, and packaging service orders for outbound shipments.
- Coordinate the preparation, packaging, and shipment of all outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy of paperwork and timeliness.
- Collect repair data and help maintain RMA repair database.
- Operate hand tools and simple test equipment to test incoming product.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
