We're looking for an Agricultural Equipment Disassembly Mechanic to join our team and help dismantle tractors, combines, planters, and other agricultural equipment for parts and recycling.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely disassemble agricultural machinery and components
- Remove engines, transmissions, hydraulics, axles, and other major assemblies
- Identify, inspect, and organize reusable parts
- Mark, label, and inventory all parts before they leave the disassembly area
- Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and lifting equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work with teammates to maximize efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Take ownership of your work and help ensure every part is processed accurately
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
- Experience with agricultural equipment, diesel mechanics, automotive repair, or heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a shop environment
- Comfortable using common shop tools and equipment
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
- Someone who takes pride in doing quality work the right way
