We are seeking a responsible and safety-focused Mini-van Driver to join our student transportation team. In this role, you will operate a company-provided Mini-Van to transport students safely and reliably to and from school, programs, and related activities. This position requires a valid standard drivers license and a commitment to ensuring student safety, professionalism, and punctuality.
This position is working a split shift Monday - Friday at $20.00/hour.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safely operate an mini-van in compliance with federal transportation regulations

Transport students to and from school, field trips, and other approved destinations

Ensure the safety and well-being of all student passengers during boarding, transit, and exiting

Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily
-
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe vehicle environment
-
Follow assigned routes and schedules with reliability and punctuality
-
Communicate effectively with dispatch, school staff, parents (as needed), and supervisors

Complete required documentation such as mileage logs and incident reports
-
Remain alert, attentive, and compassionate while supervising students on board
REQUIREMENTS:

Valid standard drivers license.

Must meet all DMV and DOT requirements

Clean driving record and strong attendance history

Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
-
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all interactions
