We are interviewing qualified candidates for Product Advisor at our showroom in Bowling Green, KY.
Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in "big-ticket" sales (e.g., furniture, flooring, appliances, etc.). A background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products is preferred, but not required if additional transferable skills are demonstrated.
Compensation:
Compensation typically ranges from $76k-120k+ for this position (are you 'typical' or are you 'great'?), based on a combination of hourly and commission training wage, converting to earned commissions based on margins, and additional incentives. Our best Product Advisors earn over $100k+, and is based on YOUR initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers by delivering a consultative sales approach that creates wins for customers, the company, and YOU.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and in all follow-ups using the SharpSpring platform.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions across our extensive range of products and services.
- Demonstrate accuracy in completing sales documentation and entering data into Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring systems.
- Help maintain a well-presented showroom by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strategic merchandising.
- Actively participate in sales events and initiatives to drive revenue and expand customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, service, installation, delivery, construction, and administration to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility for overtime and weekends required; peak season may require up to six days/week.
