We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Foreman to join our construction team. This role involves supporting concrete operations on various construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction processes and safety standards. Prior experience in construction site activities and knowledge of relevant tools and software are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead a crew on residential and/or commercial concrete projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and job specifications
- Schedule daily tasks and oversee job progress to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Set forms, pour, and finish concrete with precision and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with management, crew members, and customers
- Maintain equipment and ensure job sites are clean and organized
- Also must be very driven, lead guys and get the job done correctly.
Skills
- Construction site experience with a focus on concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Familiarity with construction
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to supervise or assist other team members effectively
- Site work layout
- Equipment operating
- Wall forming construction
- Flatwork (slick, broom and stamped)
