COMPENSATION
- The annual base salary for this position ranges from $83,900.00 in our lowest geographic market to $165,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Senior Professional, Brand Management – Sportswear, supporting our largest category within the Sport Offense. As a key member of the Brand Management team, you will help shape the global Sportswear brand strategy and translate it into compelling, consumer-led marketing plans that drive both brand and business impact.
This role requires a consumer-obsessed, future-focused marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring strong strategic instincts, creative thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners. You are equally comfortable shaping ideas and bringing them to life through disciplined execution.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Support the development of global, seasonal marketing strategies, including briefs, concepts, and creative execution across channels.
- Help lead specific projects and launches within each season, clearly articulating key moments, priorities, and objectives.
- Partner cross-functionally to orchestrate end-to-end marketing plans that align to seasonal business and brand goals.
- Put the consumer at the center of everything, leveraging insights and cultural understanding to inform strategy and storytelling.
- Contribute to seasonal narratives and milestone moments, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across teams.
- Build strong internal relationships and help foster a culture of collaboration that delivers integrated, focused work.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Global Director of Brand Management – Sportswear and work closely with a wide range of cross-functional partners, including:
- Brand Creative
- Brand Planning
- Omni-Channel Marketing
- Entertainment
- Key City
- Brand Integration
You’ll also collaborate deeply with Sportswear category partners across Product, Merchandising, Planning, Business Integration, and Global Growth to solve complex business challenges creatively. In addition, you’ll work alongside peers leading seasonal initiatives and external partners supporting creative development and execution.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- 6+ years proven experience in consumer marketing or related experience including strategy, planning and implementation, delivery and creative thinking/idea generation experience.
- Strong eye for business with knowledge of the industry and competition.
- Deep understanding of consumer trends.
- Connection and understanding of the digital and new platforms.
- Deep connection to culture and creativity and the intersection.
- Experience of working cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
- Strong communication and excellent presentation skills.
- Guided with operational excellence in mind.
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to meet travel requirements for the position.
