This is not your typical sales job! A career in sales at NFM means helping our loyal customers create a home that they love. As a sales professional you’ll have access to an unparalleled product selection at unbeatable prices. Our customers come to you – no cold calling! Our top sales professionals can make over $130,000 per year.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression
- Connect: Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid “grouping” or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
- Be the Expert: Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fit
- Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing
- Manage: Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution

- 5 years furniture sales required
- Interior design experience required
- Ability to work early mornings/late nights and weekends based on business needs
- High School Diploma or GED preferred

- High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude
- Customer centric and enjoys serving others
- Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet
- English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
