Position Summary
The Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) / Junior Employee Relations Specialist supports the employee relations function for the Fayetteville eClerx site. This role focuses on maintaining a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, supporting workplace investigations, and partnering with site leadership on employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace issues, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic communication
- Assist in conducting internal employee relations investigations, including gathering facts, documenting findings, and supporting resolution efforts in alignment with company policies and labor regulations
- Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement across the Fayetteville site
- Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to employee experience, processes, and policies
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee files and records in compliance with applicable labor laws, data privacy standards, and company requirements
- Assist with new hire orientation by supporting onboarding activities, employee documentation, and policy acknowledgements
- Partner with HR leadership and site management to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support business and employee needs
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of prior Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, including handling employee concerns or issues professionally and confidentially
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Familiarity with employment laws, HR best practices, and workplace investigations
- Experience working in a multi-shift or rotational schedule environment
