In the absence of the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager assumes responsibility for club operations and serves as the primary leader on-site. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Support the General Manager in creating and maintaining a culture of diversity, inclusion, acceptance, and member satisfaction.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve individual and club performance goals.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and overall facility appearance.
- Ensure all equipment issues are reported and addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist with payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative functions as needed.
- Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established protocols when addressing employee or member-related issues.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Assist in communicating and implementing company initiatives and operational directives.
- Monitor daily club performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Support reporting, documentation, and other administrative tasks necessary for efficient club operations.
