ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the production of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure products are built safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.
The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate closely with production teams, supervisors, and fellow engineers to support PCB assembly, cable assembly, and box-build operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Process development
- Engineering change implementation
- Manufacturing documentation
- Equipment and tooling selection
- Production support
- Continuous improvement initiatives
The position also plays a critical role in enhancing manufacturability, resolving production challenges, supporting quoting activities, and ensuring compliance with industry and quality requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in electronics manufacturing, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with computer systems. Success in this role requires effective communication, hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
