- Partner with vendors to support competitive pricing, product availability, and reliable supply
- Reconcile orders and invoices and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Identify supply chain inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Maintain organized and efficient storage, inventory, and ordering systems
- Support inventory audits, reporting, and supply chain planning
- Collaborate with clinical teams, hospital leadership, and regional supply chain partners
- Help manage costs while maintaining reliable access to essential hospital supplies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or a related field
- Medical or veterinary experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with inventory data, systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, leadership, vendors, and other partners
