Responsibilities:

• Applies project management skills across all phases: development, justification, design, construction, and start-up
• Manages multiple projects/programs safely, efficiently, and within budget; develops strategies to meet schedules and mitigate delays
• Ensures compliance with Management of Change (MOC), Process Safety Information (PSI), and mechanical integrity documentation. Coordinates with external engineering consultants and designers to complete projects and studies cost-effectively
• Develops scope, cost estimates, and schedules for capital and expense projects; prepares Decision Support Packages (DSPs) and presents to leadership
• Collaborates with stakeholders including Maintenance, Construction, and Turnaround teams to support planning and execution. Coordinates with external consultants and internal teams to support execution
• Participates in HAZOP reviews and incident investigations; applies safety and environmental standards to designs
• Applies engineering codes and specifications; ensures designs meet safety, environmental, and permitting standards
• Promotes safety awareness and takes corrective action when unsafe practices or conditions are observed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required. Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering degree preferred
• Two (2) years or more of industry experience required
