Job Description
Detailers are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Detailers are responsible for merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of quality products in local stores. As a Detailer, you will drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations, retrieve Frito-Lay products from the backs of stores, and ensure that our products are both fresh and attractive to our customers when out in the store. This is the perfect role for someone who is interested in part-time work! Although you will start out as a Detailer for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo.
Responsibilities:
- Driving to assigned locations in your personal vehicle (we’ll provide mileage reimbursement while you’re on the clock)
- Checking in and out with manager on duty
- Merchandising cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
- Rotating products and removing defective and out-of-date products
- Tidying up shelves and displays, knocking down boxes and disposing of any waste
- Assembling and disassembling of temporary displays
We operate 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! We transform store aisles, end caps, and displays into works of art, from the lowest shelf to the highest shelf, so you can expect to be on your feet for a majority of your shift.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You will be required to work on weekends, holidays, as well as off shift
- You have reliable or personal transportation to work
- You have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
- You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
Our application takes 20-25 minutes to finish on any device. Our mission is to get you in for an interview instead of jumping through hoops. Just keep an eye on your e-mail, and we will take care of the rest.
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.

How to find food & beverage visa sponsorship jobs in West Virginia?
Use Migrate Mate to search specifically for food and beverage roles in West Virginia that offer visa sponsorship. Focus on manufacturing hubs in Bridgeport and Martinsburg, as well as emerging opportunities in craft brewing and specialty food production throughout the state's developing culinary sector.
Which visa types are most common for food & beverage roles in West Virginia?
H-1B visas dominate for food scientists, quality assurance managers, and process engineers at major facilities like Nestlé and P&G. TN visas serve qualified Canadian and Mexican professionals, while O-1 visas occasionally apply to executive chefs or specialized beverage consultants in the growing craft industry.
Which cities in West Virginia have the most food & beverage sponsorship jobs?

West Virginia's lower cost of living results in prevailing wages typically 15-25% below national averages for food science and production roles. What is the prevailing wage for sponsored food & beverage jobs in West Virginia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
