Which food & beverage companies in Wisconsin sponsor TN visas?
Wisconsin's largest food and beverage employers with histories of skilled foreign worker sponsorship include Land O'Lakes, Saputo Cheese USA, Johnsonville, Kwik Trip's food division, and MillerCoors in Milwaukee. Larger processors and multinational dairy and meat companies are generally more likely to have HR infrastructure that supports TN sponsorship than small independent producers.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most food & beverage TN sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee anchors Wisconsin's food and beverage employment base, with significant concentration in brewing, processing, and distribution. Green Bay and the Fox Valley region are strong for dairy and meat processing. Madison has a growing food science and quality assurance cluster tied to university research partnerships. Sheboygan and Fond du Lac also have notable dairy processing operations worth targeting.
What types of food & beverage roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship in Wisconsin?
TN visa eligibility requires the role to fall within a designated USMCA occupation category. In food and beverage, qualifying roles most commonly include food scientists, chemists, engineers (chemical, mechanical, industrial), nutritionists, and scientific technologists. Quality assurance managers with relevant science degrees and plant engineers overseeing processing systems are also frequently supported. General production or operations roles without a degree requirement typically do not qualify.
How do I find food & beverage TN sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for TN visa holders and lists food and beverage roles in Wisconsin from employers open to sponsorship. Rather than filtering through general job boards and guessing at sponsorship willingness, Migrate Mate surfaces positions tagged for TN eligibility so you can focus applications on companies already prepared to support the process.
Are there any Wisconsin-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in food & beverage?
Wisconsin's food and beverage sector is heavily concentrated in dairy and meat processing, which means demand for food scientists, quality engineers, and regulatory compliance specialists is consistent but seasonal hiring cycles do exist at some facilities. Because many Wisconsin processors are mid-size regional companies rather than large multinationals, it's worth confirming early in the interview process that the employer has experience managing TN documentation before advancing too far.
