This is a hands-on accounting role where you'll help keep the company's financial operations running smoothly. You'll work across several key areas, including:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, customer billing, payment tracking, and outstanding balances.
- General Ledger & Reconciliations: Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with preparing financial statements, month-end activities, and other reporting needs.
- Job Cost Accounting: Track project-related expenses and support accurate cost allocation and financial monitoring.
- Payroll Tax Reporting: Prepare payroll tax reports and support timely filings and compliance.
- Accounting Administration: Maintain organized documentation, identify discrepancies, and help improve the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage day-to-day accounting responsibilities.
You bring:
- 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
