About the Role
General Manager / VP of Sales.
As our sole full-time team member, you will serve as the operational backbone and primary growth engine of our branch. You will manage daily operations alongside a small, dedicated part-time support staff, take complete ownership of our partner relationships, and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Business Development
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all retailer partners.
- Actively prospect, pitch, and onboard new retail partners and clients to expand lending volume.
- Maintain consistent sales follow-up, nurture pipeline opportunities, and build lasting business relationships.
Deal Structuring & Risk Review
- Review and evaluate incoming deal structures, credit packages, and loan submissions.
- Ensure all deals align with lending guidelines, program parameters, and risk standards.
- Coordinate lot check verifications, including sourcing, reviewing, and confirming collateral/inventory photos.
Operations & Office Leadership
- Run day-to-day office operations with total accountability as the primary full-time team member.
- Provide direction, task coordination, and support to part-time office staff.
- Handle general administrative, operational, and pipeline tracking tasks necessary to keep deals moving smoothly from intake to closing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in lending, financial services, auto/equipment financing, or B2B sales operations. Prior experience managing partner accounts or dealership/retailer networks is highly preferred.
- Self-Starter Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize heavy workloads, and make sound decisions with minimal oversight.
- Deal Acumen: Solid understanding of deal review, credit parameters, collateral verification, and pipeline management.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across phone, email, and in-person settings.
- Operational Adaptability: Comfortable alternating between client-facing sales, administrative tasks, and operational problem-solving in a lean office setting.
