Vice President of Sales | Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Global Growth

We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Sales | Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) & Global Growth to lead Oliveda’s next phase of expansion. This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a proven sales leader who has successfully scaled premium beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer brands through DTC, eCommerce, and omnichannel growth strategies. The VP of Sales will own the global commercial growth strategy, drive revenue expansion across key markets, build a world-class sales organization, and help position Oliveda as the global category leader in Waterless Beauty.
The Opportunity
As Vice President of Sales, you will serve as a key member of Oliveda’s leadership team, owning the commercial strategy and execution required to scale the business globally. You will have direct accountability for:

Key Responsibilities
Own Global Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute Oliveda’s global sales strategy across DTC, eCommerce, and international markets.
- Own revenue performance and commercial growth initiatives.
- Establish sales goals, forecasting models, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Identify new opportunities to accelerate growth and increase market share.
- Partner with executive leadership on long-term business strategy.
Scale Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Growth
- Build and optimize DTC strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
- Partner with Marketing team to maximize digital growth.
- Use consumer insights and analytics to improve performance and profitability.
- Develop strategies that strengthen customer loyalty and community engagement.
Build a World-Class Sales Organization
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales leaders and teams.
- Create a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Build scalable processes that support rapid growth.
- Develop future leaders within the organization.
Lead International Growth
- Support expansion across the United States, Canada, Europe, and future global markets.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience within beauty, skincare, wellness, luxury, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven success scaling Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) businesses and driving significant revenue growth.
- Experience owning sales strategy, commercial performance, and revenue accountability.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, customer acquisition, retention, CRM, and consumer behavior.
- Experience leading multi-regional teams and developing high-performing organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable sales systems in high-growth environments.
- Strong executive communication and leadership skills.

Job Details
Position: Vice President of Sales | Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), & Global Growth
Location: Culver City, California
Full-time, on-site leadership role (40 hours per week, with occasional weekend availability as needed and international travel).
Compensation: $225,000–$275,000 annual base salary, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunity aligned with company growth and objectives.
