Responsibilities

- Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Support the team by bussing tables, assisting with food delivery, and providing excellent guest services to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or takeout orders seamlessly during busy periods.
- Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain required certifications as applicable.
