We embrace physical fitness, nutrition, outdoor activities, and community involvement as a core principle and culture of our mental health counseling services. We select the best evidence-based methods to help our clients recover, because true health and happiness comes from treating the person, not just their symptoms. We are seeking self-driven individuals looking to make a difference in the community by providing support to those with a mental illness. CBRS is an individualized skill building service that utilizes evidence-based therapeutic education to increase independence and decrease issues related to mental illness in home, school, work, and the community. We educate our clients on Coping Skills, Problem Solving techniques, Social Skills, Psychiatric Symptoms Management, and Basic Living Skills.
Case Managers leverage community resources to assist our clients with consistently meeting their basic needs, and increasing stability and happiness in their daily lives.
This position offers flexible schedules including day, evening and weekend hours. This is a part-time position with the potential to full time working with both children and adults of all ethnicity's and at times with the support of an interpreter.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree: Any bachelors degree or preferred in Primary Ed, Special Education, Adult Education, Counseling, Human Services, Early Childhood Development, Family Science, Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or Social Work (with current state license)
18 years or older
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a car and a valid drivers license
Must have valid car insurance
Pay: Competitive DOE and will include a benefits package for full time employees which includes insurance, paid vacation, continuing education assistance, PRA (CPRP) certification assistance, paid mental health day, and bonuses. We are a new company but doing things differently. Our goal is to be employee centered. You take care of the client and we will take care of you.'
