Make a difference.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support a Director or Senior Manager.
In this role you will:
Maintain flow of correspondence and communications
Gather research data for projects
Set up and maintain files, records, and correspondence
Receive visitors, and schedule appointments
Transcribe dictation
Assist in budget preparation
What you bring to the table:
Minimum 1 year administrative experience required; 2+ years experience supporting managers preferred
2 year degree preferred: Some college or business/secretarial schooling
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and related applications
Time management and organizational skills
Oral and written communication skills
Customer service skills
Multitasking skills
Mathematical skills
Shorthand and Dictaphone skills if required by Director or senior manager
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information
Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
