- Track HOA project status, contracts, approvals, and communication updates across departments, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and updated regularly.
- Assist the senior team with special projects, department initiatives, and cross-functional tasks.
- Compile data and provide routine reporting updates related to partnerships, outreach, programs, and operational progress.
- Coordinate internal communications and help ensure projects remain on schedule and organized.
- Assist with meeting preparation, presentation materials, follow-up notes, and action item tracking.
