What You’ll Do
- Build professional relationships with local business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers
- Meet with employers to learn about their needs and present supplemental employee benefit solutions
- Educate employees about available benefits and help them understand their options
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage and grow an assigned territory within approximately 45 miles of your location
- Participate in ongoing sales training, professional development, and leadership development
- Work alongside experienced leaders and, as you progress, have opportunities to mentor and develop others
