Two Year Old Teacher Responsibilities:
- Responsible for following and delivering the Kiddie Academy proprietary curriculum
- Help execute lessons designed to facilitate students' social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Encouraging self-expression through understanding, flexibility, and behavioral reinforcement.
- Mediating conflict between students.
- Modelling appropriate behaviors, even when not on duty.
- Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning at all times.
- Work with potty training and recognizing readiness.
- Conducting evaluations to inform parents about their children's progress at school.
Two Year Old Teacher Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (Required)
- At least 18 Years Old
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a preschool setting
- A passion for working with children
- Patient, nurturing and thoughtful
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand as a positive role model for impressionable minds
- A passion for early childhood development
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift no less than 40 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday to at least waist high.
