- Conduct psychosocial and behavioral health assessments for patients with chronic pain.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy.
- Assist patients in developing pain coping, self-management, and behavioral activation skills.

- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation.

- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Education:
- Master of Social Work, Master in Professional Counseling, Master of Family Therapy degree from a nationally accredited institution, fulfilling the requirements for licensure in the state of Oregon and/or Washington.
Experience:
- Required: Minimum two years of clinical treatment experience with patients and working as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
- Peferred: Experience working with adults experiencing chronic pain and complex medical conditions
- Preferred: Experience treating medical and psychological trauma
- Preferred: Experience practicing within integrated or interdisciplinary healthcare settings
